House rules
• In order for our beautiful villa to remain neat and comfortable, pets, parties and smoking indoors are not allowed. Upon arrival, it is necessary to pay a damage/security deposit in the amount of EUR 1,500.
• Said deposit is higher for groups of young people under 23 years of age ( EUR 3,000.)
Terms of payment
• When confirming the booking, it is necessary to pay an advance in the amount of 30% of the full price. The difference shall be paid no later than 40 days before arrival. For bookings made within 40 days before arrival, the deadline for the payment of the full price is 24 hours. In order for us to be able to confirm your stay in a timely manner, please send us a confirmation of your payment to our email address.
• Deposit payable in cash immediately upon arrival at the villa.
• Payments can be made by bank transfer.
Cancellation policy
• Should you cancel your booking 40 days or more before arrival, 30% of the full price will be charged. Should you cancel your booking 40 to 28 days before arrival, 50% of the full price will be charged. Should you cancel your booking 28 days or fewer before arrival, 70% of the full price will be charged.
• Should you cancel your booking on the day of arrival, 100% of the full price will be charged.
Cancellation policy during the Covid-19 pandemic
• If you cancel your booking for COVID-19 related reasons, official travel bans and mandatory quarantine requirements upon return to your country will be taken into account. You can cancel your booking for said reasons up to 15 days before check-in, namely without any additional costs, and you will also be able to use your advance payment on available dates during the next tourist season.
• Moreover, you will be able to use your advance payment next season even if you cancel your booking 15 days or fewer before check-in if in the upcoming period the situation in our region changes, i.e. if the number of infected persons increases and the status of our region consequently changes in terms of travel bans or mandatory quarantine requirements upon return to your country.
